Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines such as CNC lathe milling or turning centers as assigned.
Load raw materials and set up tools fixtures and workpieces.
Adjust machine parameters to ensure accurate production.
Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and machining instructions.
Monitor machining processes and make alignment or speed adjustments as needed.
Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers micrometers gauges and other instruments.
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements
Experience
25 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Knowledge of Fanuc Siemens Haas or similar CNC control systems.
Certificate or diploma in Mechanical/Production engineering or relevant field.
Hands-on experience operating CNC machines (Lathe/Milling/Turning).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools machining parameters and measurement instruments.
