Salesforce Developer (Agentforce) | AU | Hybrid

• Design develop and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flow Process Builder Dynamic Forms Validation Rules) and programmatic components (Apex Lightning Web Components JavaScript Visualforce).
  
• Configure standard Salesforce features across Sales Service and Experience Clouds ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
  
• Support data model design including objects relationships security and visibility configurations.
  
• Translate complex business processes into scalable user stories and technical solutions leveraging AI-assisted tools for documentation and story generation when applicable.
  

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs middleware (e.g. MuleSoft) or native Salesforce connectors.
  
• Design and optimise system automations and event-driven processes to improve performance and user experience.
  
• Apply robust error-handling monitoring and logging frameworks across integration workflows.
  

• Write well-structured documented and thoroughly tested code aligned with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
  
• Participate in peer reviews QA cycles and deployment activities within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  
• Support environment management (sandbox and production) data migration and post-deployment troubleshooting.
  
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development reduce rework and enhance delivery quality.
  

• Work closely with the onshore team to clarify requirements refine designs and provide timely progress updates.
  
• Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retros across time zones.
  
• Collaborate with functional consultants business analysts architects and project managers including close engagement with Clancy as People Leader.
  
• Contribute to internal documentation knowledge base improvements and AI-enabled process enhancements.
  

Requirements

• 56 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in declarative configuration and platform automation.
  
• Advanced skills in Apex LWC JavaScript SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce API frameworks.
  
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware patterns.
  
• Deep understanding of sharing and visibility models governor limits role-based access and scalable solution design.
  
• Ability to interpret requirements propose solution options and guide best practice approaches not just execute tickets.
  
• Experience delivering solutions in Sales Service and Experience Cloud environments.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within distributed AUPH teams.
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum); additional certifications preferred.
  
• Ability to work within a direct transparent and feedback-driven culture.
  

• Exposure to Agentforce Tableau Next Marketing Cloud Next or Salesforce AI-native capabilities.
  
• Experience in financial services public sector education or retail domains.
  
• Strong LWC front-end design skills and JavaScript UI experience.
  
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud Data Cloud or Einstein AI features.
  
• Prior experience with Australian or international consulting firms.
  
• CI/CD exposure (GitHub Gearset Copado).
  
• Experience working with Slack-heavy communication Google Meet Jira and GSuite.
  
• Experience leveraging generative AI within the development lifecycle.
