Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a Franchise Coordinator to support franchise onboarding operations and ongoing partner success in the Durham NC region. This role ensures franchisees have the tools training and guidance needed to meet brand standards and operate effectively. The Franchise Coordinator will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support franchise launches maintain documentation coordinate training and streamline communication.
Responsibilities
Support franchisees throughout onboarding and ongoing operations
Oversee timelines tracking and deliverables for new franchise locations
Coordinate and monitor training sessions and maintain training documents
Assist credentialing billing and authorization teams with franchise setup
Monitor franchise compliance and operational readiness
Support marketing and brand standards implementation
Prepare agendas notes and follow-ups for franchise meetings
Maintain onboarding resources SOPs and documentation
Coordinate logistics for franchise-related events and expos
Identify operational risks or gaps and recommend improvements
Provide high-quality communication and support to franchise partners
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work onsite in Durham NC
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in franchise operations or business coordination
Background in ABA therapy or healthcare operations
Experience supporting multi-site operations
