As an Order Management Specialist for Luxury/La Prairie you will manage the complete order lifecycle ensuring accuracy and timely processing from order receipt to delivery.
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries proactively resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales Logistics and Finance will be essential to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Additionally you will monitor order status track revisions and provide stakeholders with updates while generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Maintaining proper documentation and adherence to internal policies and external regulations will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field.
5 years of experience in order management customer service or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
