Where youll make a difference

As a key member of our team you will support the controller with various day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks including:

• Invoice Processing: Assist with both incoming and outgoing invoices ensuring accuracy and timely processing

• Debtor Management: Help manage and track accounts receivable ensuring smooth communication with clients

• Report Preparation: Support in the preparation of financial reports and assist with the month-end closing process

What makes you shine

Youre structured curious and proactive motivated to work with numbers and contribute to effective financial processes. Youll thrive with us if you bring:

• A strong academic foundation youre currently in your 3rd year or beyond of a quantitative Bachelors or Masters program (e.g. Finance Accounting Business or a related field) with excellent results

• Analytical and numerical skills you enjoy working with data and deriving insights from it

• A hands-on detail-oriented mindset you take initiative embrace challenges and are eager to learn and develop continuously

• Effective communication and teamwork skills youre comfortable collaborating with colleagues and explaining your ideas clearly

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in MS Excel with familiarity with financial systems being a plus

Where and how youll work

Your work will take place at our Amsterdam office a space designed to foster problem-solving collaboration and innovation and simply put where we build the future.

We are aiming for 16 to 24 hours per week for at least six months so you can dive deep into your work while keeping your studies on track.

While the office is your main workspace occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team to support a healthy balance between work and study.

And yes we also know how to have fun: with regular team events and Friday drinks to connect celebrate our wins and sometimes just kick off the weekend right.
