What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will be responsible for operating utility systems and performing maintenance activities throughout the ARI site. The position is a Monday thru Friday day shift from 6:30AM to 3PM.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Maintenance experience OR
Associates degree and 4 years of Maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of combined education training and experience in utility/HVAC/refrigeration systems and maintenance including clean/sanitary utility systems.
3 years knowledge of pneumatic mechanical and hydraulic systems and ability to effectively perform associated maintenance activities.
Knowledge and experience in Rigging Welding Plumbing Pipefitting.
Knowledge and experience working in a highly regulated function - cGMP.
Experience executing and documenting maintenance work orders in the Maximo computerized maintenance management system.
Experience with building automation systems as they relate to utility/HVAC systems.
Ability to interpret P&IDs.
Strong computer skills
Ability to provide guidance and technical advice to others
Ability to work with minimum direction.
Ability to effectively communicate issues and status of tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to interact constructively with peers/teams.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
