Is currently licensed by the Board of North Dakota respective of discipline with a minimum of a masters degree in social work. Possesses abilities to effectively problem solve and handle crisis situations. Provides direct clinical care which may include consultations advocacy assessments individual counseling group counseling/psychotherapy family therapy and educational services. Is skilled in treatment planning case management and discharge planning and medical record documentation. Demonstrates knowledge in developmental and life stage issues for interdisciplinary team. Operates as a member of a quality team in the delivery of acute mental health therapy services.
Licenses and Certifications Required
- Must be currently licensed by ND Board of Social Work Examiners.
Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in social work from an accredited university as evidenced by degree/transcripts.
Experience Requirements
- One to two years in mental health preferred but not required.
