About the Service
The Assessment Treatment & Rehabilitation service is specifically designed for older people to assess areas of dysfunction in activities that commonly occur in patients with any progressive reversible or stable complex medical conditions or other functional mobility impairments. We are firmly grounded in rehabilitation and restorative care principles with a strong emphasis on preserved and recoverable function from the day of admission. Our consistent focus is on maximising independence enabling safe and timely return home and delivering care to the highest standards. Patients and whanau are valued members of the interdisciplinary team centrally involved in goal setting and decision making.

About the Role
The Associate Charge Nurse will work in close collaboration with the Charge Nurse Manager to manage and provide leadership support within an evidence-based quality driven practice environment.
