Position: Regional Sales Manager
POSS Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team-focused organization. This role requires strong sales acumen and exceptional customer service skills. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth in the assigned territory through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. This includes developing a clear commercial strategy increasing equipment and service contract sales and building long-term relationships with key decision makers such as VPs of Engineering Plant Managers and Maintenance leaders.
Ideal candidates bring or can develop a solid understanding of the protein processing industry its markets and customer supply chains. The Regional Sales Manager communicates the technical and commercial value of POSS equipment with clarity and credibility.

This is a home-office-based position requiring significant travel including overnight stays. Work in protein processing facilities may involve cold hot or damp environments and appropriate personal protective equipment (ear protection hard hat eye protection) is required.
