Automotive Detail Associate (Sales Career Path Opportunity)
Location: Bill Harris Ford Loudonville
Position Type: Full-Time
Our Ford dealership is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Automotive Detail Associate who is interested in growing with our organization. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is motivated by the opportunity to advance into a future Sales Consultant role.
Growth Opportunity:
This position offers hands-on exposure to the automotive sales environment. Team members who demonstrate strong work ethic reliability customer-focused behavior and sales aptitude will be considered for advancement into vehicle sales as opportunities become available.

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards
- Wash vacuum wax and polish vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Ensure vehicles are showroom-ready and lot-presentable
- Assist with vehicle organization and movement on the lot
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to meet daily needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Interest in developing a career in automotive sales
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Previous detailing experience is a plus but not required
