Scope of work:

  • be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing all EHS-related activities for Data Centers construction and fit-out stages up till the end of project. The scope includes planning documentation training audits reporting and continuous improvement throughout project execution. And the EHS-related documentation training and other close-out work after project closure.

  • Preparation and review of project-specific EHS Plans and Emergency Response Plans (ERP)

  • Conducting EHS risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and hazard identification

  • Monitoring compliance and statutory requirements

  • Performing EHS inspections audits and corrective action tracking

  • Supporting incident investigation and root cause analysis

  • Managing EHS document submission through the Digital Asset Management System (DAMS)

  • Providing regular reports and improvement recommendations

  • Safety in design risk assessment

  • Site walk report

  • HRA 3-weeks lookahead forecast

  • Safety performance scoring

  • Other EHS related activities

  • Candidate shall comply with all applicable EHS laws codes and standards including OSHA NFPA and local regulations. All activities must conform to EHS framework.

  • Candidate must ensure that work is performed safely and that high-risk activities are managed under a Permit-to-Work system.

  • Core EHS areas include:

    • Working at Heights Lifting Operations Confined Space Entry Electrical Safety Ground Disturbance

    • Hazardous Materials Energy Isolation Mobile Equipment Environmental Protection Ergonomics

Deliverables:

  • Project-specific EHS Plan and Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA)

  • Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

  • Weekly and Monthly EHS Reports

  • Incident Notification and Investigation Reports

  • EHS Training Plans and Attendance Records

  • Safety Audit Reports and Compliance Dashboards

  • Close-out Report and Lessons Learned Summary

  • Contractor performance evaluation form

  • HRA lookahead Guidance Document

  • Other deliverables

Qualification Requirements:

  • Specializing in EHS or Construction Safety

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mission-critical or data center projects

  • Certified professionals (e.g. ISO 45001 NEBOSH or equivalent)

  • Proven record of implementing OSHA/NFPA-based systems

  • Experience with American customer or similar high-technology clients preferred
