Job Summary

Description

JobSpecification:

Collect consolidate and validate data from multiple sources (internal IT systems Excel files CRM ERP etc.) for CRM and Contact Center.
Develop maintain and automate MIS reports dashboards and trackers for management review.
Perform data analysis to identify trends variances and performance drivers.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for business improvement.
Ensure accuracy completeness and timeliness of all reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations sales finance HR IT) for data requirements and ad hoc analysis.
Assist in forecasting and budgeting support through data modelling.
Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and workflows.
Work towards process automation and minimizing manual interventions in reporting.
Support audits and compliance requirements by providing validated data.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a call center environment.

Skills Requirement:

Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas Pivot Tables Power Query Macros).
Knowledge of SQL or data extraction tools preferred.
Experience with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
Strong understanding of call center KPIs and metrics.
Ability to manage multiple data sources and deliver insights under tight timelines.
Effective communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
