What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern Travel Innovation & Engagement Support

Location: São Leopoldo RS

• Directed analysis of clients current configuration settings to understand their change request while formulating next step process utilizing standard procedures and best practices.
• Guided coordination and organization of configuration change tasks with all necessary parties including internal resources clients strategic partners and clients.
• Consistently define and deliver successful implementation of requested changes in a timely manner consistent with team SOP and performance indicators.
• Routinely use excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively interface with external clients and internal departments.
• Develop and Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Concur Travel & Expense via up-to-date training requirements release notes user group calls and industry-related conferences.

What Youll bring:

Education

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Accounting or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Interest in learning about software support troubleshooting and customer-facing processes.
• Curiosity about Technical Support Customer Success Implementation or Pre-Sales (previous experience is a plus but not required).
• Familiarity or strong interest in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools and cloud solutions.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good organization skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to follow processes and work with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
  Additional languages are considered a plus.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic understanding of financial concepts or interest in learning them.
• Interest in project management methodologies or tools.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur solutions or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Resume/CV in English

As a Travel Innovation and Engagement Intern you will be a technical resource developing towards a subject matter expert on travel configuration modules relating to Concur Travel and Expense. You will work with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Concur direct clients. Your initial responsibilities will be to deliver on assigned tasks related to change requests for the Concur Travel products functional workflow to satisfy the clients online booking experience needs. Eventually you will be able to use learned product knowledge to manage more difficult and complex requests and simple projects that require greater understanding. This positon is a pre cursor to consulting and design specialist positions.
