Sales Representative Eastern Region

Reports to: District Sales Manager - Eastern Region
Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Eastern Region.
Location: Montréal QC
Responsibilities:
- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
- Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
- Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at events trade shows and corporate activities.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of business processes and the companys performance culture.
- Timely completion of all sales administration.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical Degree Master or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering mechanical electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- English/French fluent excellent communication skills verbal and written
- MS-Office CRM tools Share Point Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the Pneumatic hydraulics automation electrical or electronic
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment Industry Cluster
