The role is SaaS based within the Talent Acquisition Team.
The Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst will work within Talent Acquisition PODs supporting our portfolio of recruitment talent intelligence assessment and video interview systems. With focus on delivering a rapidly changing backlog of work aligned with business strategy and OKRs. Working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Product Owner to deliver continuous value to our customers and employees.
The role will also be responsible for delivering change to our existing CRM solutions as well as providing tactical incident and problem recovery management working closely with Tier 2 team members and our vendors to ensure the satisfactory resolution of incidents within service levels.
