Job Summary
Description
Maintain high standard of cleaniness in accordance with the procedures and policies set forth by the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the convention center.
- Responsible for cleaning all restrooms floors windows walls stairs escalators and elevators.
- Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
- Cleaning disinfecting and restocking all restrooms.
- Mopping floors around the bars restrooms corridor and entrance.
- Responsible for removing all trash and debris from restrooms floors and trash cans.
- Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpsters.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest and team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Requirements
- Knowledgeable in the operation of a vacuum carpet cleaner buffer ladder sky jacks auto scrubber and shopvac.
- Ability to use chemicals for cleaning and personal protective equipment.
- Ability to read follow instructions and understand visual aids.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
- Ability to walk 50% of the time bend (from the waist) 35% of the time as well as stand lift (overhead arms length up to 50lbs) and climb 5% of the time.
- Ability to answer calls promptly and maintain politeness and pay attention to the needs of guests.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities preferred.
