Contract Duration: 31 Weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:15 AM 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $22$25 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Personal Care Assistant (PCA)for an exciting job in Ashburn VA.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks including toileting feeding and mobility support.
Help the student move safely throughout the school environment.
Follow care strategies and guidance provided by teachers therapists and the students support plan.
Maintain daily documentation of activities care provided and observations.
Communicate effectively with school staff administrators and family members regarding the students needs and progress.
Adhere to all safety standards privacy guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
Male candidate preferred (based on student needs).
Prior experience supporting students or individuals requiring personal care is highly preferred.
Ability to follow instructions maintain discretion and demonstrate patience professionalism and empathy.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
