Responsibilities
We are looking for Speech Language Pathologists to join us! In your role you will work alongside a multifaceted team comprised of seasoned Therapists mid-career clinicians and recent graduates. We have a variety of settings within our health system to meet your unique career goals! This includes our Level I Trauma Center Comprehensive Burn Center Inpatient Rehab Post Acute Rehab Outpatient Rehab or Home Health.
In your role you will use your expertise to educate the patient and/or the caregiver about the findings of the examination evaluation established goals of the speech-language pathology program plan of treatment home programs injury prevention and more! You should be an effective communicator willing to collaborate with other members of the care team.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License or eligible for licensure required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Incumbents who obtained a California Speech Language Pathologist License prior to 1993 will be grandfathered in with their existing education.
