Job Summary
SeniorAssociateStructured Lending-Dutch speaking
AsSeniorAssociateStructured Lending within Business Banking you will use your talent to analyze interesting finance opportunities of our MidCorporate clients.Youllplay an important role duringthe entire deal process from initial client meetings modelling & structuring financing solutions to eventually closing the deal. Working with supportive like-minded collaborative colleagues youllservicecustomers active in a broad range of sectors both locally and globally. Role and responsibility
Together with seasoned deal captains you will work in small deal teams within an inclusive environment. You structure and create the best deal for our clients and prospects. Its an opportunity to build a wide network across ING and the business world. Your role will involve:
Analyzing business models sector trends and financial figures to model forecasts and scenarios
Visiting clients and managing a variety of stakeholders including debt advisors and other lenders to nurture working relationships
Drafting credit proposals term sheets and documentation
Working together with departments across ING such as relationship management risk lease and factoring

Structured Lending is part of Lending & Event Finance (c. 150FTE) which gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge but also connect to network via various social events.
How to succeed
You have an analytical mind and you love the detail but you also see the bigger picture and areable to manage a variety of stakeholderswhen structuringcomplex financingtransactions. Your background:
4-6years of relevant work experience in financial services in which you have analysed business models complex financial modelsand sector trends;
You have good knowledge of complex financing structuresin MidCorporate segment includingAcquisitionFinance and products such as Commercial Finance Lease and Financial Markets;
Youare able toassessdue diligence reports draft term sheets and loan documentation;
Youhave the analytical as well associalskillswhen it comes to structuring of transactions stakeholder management and coordination of other departments;
Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
