Job Summary

As a Business Solution Manager responsible for a range of strategic products (fasteners and accessories) your main responsibilities will include:

Identify market needs through sales data and feedback from sales teams and customers.
Define the best way to create products: internally via our R&D teams or externally through suppliers and partners (specifications costs timelines etc.).
Plan and execute product launches (pricing product creation in SAP safety stock etc.).
Manage the product lifecycle.
Maintain the product catalog accessible to customers and internal departments.
Provide support to sales teams regarding requests related to the managed product ranges.
Deliver product training for internal teams as well as partners.
Develop sales of managed products by ensuring expected revenue and margin levels are achieved.

Qualifications :

Qualifications were looking for.

Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role within an international context
Recognized as a dynamic autonomous problem-solving and results-oriented individual.
Fluent in both English and French.
