Sales Development Representative Description

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads customer inquiries and quote requests
Prospect and qualify new customers to support revenue growth
Prepare quotes proposals and necessary sales documentation
Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ERP system
Support sales team members with customer communication and follow-up
Assist with coordinating customer meetings demos and training events
Follow up on trade show leads and marketing-generated opportunities
Contribute to outbound calling and email outreach efforts

Sales Development Representative Qualifications

B2B sales experience required
Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales or account management required
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects you dont mind hearing no and staying persistent required
Must be willing to work onsite in Windsor CT
