Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate Degree ADN or Diploma: RN Degree.
- At least one (1) year of Registered Nurse experience
- Active Arkansas Registered Nursing License.
- Current BLS certification.

- Leadership and collaborative skills.
- Strong patient advocacy and patient education skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of RN experience and at least two (2) years of LPN experience
- One (1) year of clinic or ambulatory setting experience.
- Charge nurse and/or leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education support and assistance to patients with chronic conditions to prevent or manage their health and wellness.
- Collaborate with patients families and care providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
- Coordinate care and follow-up for patients receiving outpatient services including prescription refill requests and patient education.
- Maintain high-quality care standards and work independently to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Customer service scheduling and insurance verification (as outlined in clinic operations).
- Collecting payments maintaining records and supporting financial counseling for patients.
- Professional development through training staff meetings and skill assessments.
