Job Summary
Belay Technologies is seeking a mid to senior level Software Engineer to join our Intel team supporting the Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) a cybersecurity web application enabling enterprise ICAM this role you will develop enhance test and maintain complex Java-based software systems implement new features resolve defects and contribute across the full software lifecycle within a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates have strong Java development experience define and deliver capabilities in an agile team and provide input on system design testing and integration of COTS/GOTS solutions.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 8 years of Software Engineering experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years
- 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT IA or IT domains
- Java Development Experience
- Ability to review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results and correct code as needed
- Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox Spring Docker etc.)
- Use of Gitlab CI/CD build pipelines
- Understanding of Full Stack development
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Familiar with AWS
- Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements
- Administer maintain and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application
- Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
- Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites blogs XML/HTML
- Strong organization and time management skills including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
- Experience with engaging with leadership customers and interfacing teams

Salary Range level dependent: $90000.00 to $210000.00
