Position Summary: We are seeking entry-level Cabinet Builders to learn face frame construction for our cabinet manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on training in woodworking techniques and cabinet assembly. Youll work as part of a team to build quality cabinet components while developing valuable trade skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with building face frames using various joining techniques
• Learn to select and prepare hardwood materials (maple oak cherry etc.)
• Cut wood components to specifications using table saws and miter saws
• Assemble face frame components ensuring proper alignment
• Sand face frames to smooth finish
• Attach face frames to cabinet boxes
• Follow instructions from lead builders and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipment

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• No experience required - will train!
• Background in construction woodworking or manufacturing is helpful but not required
• Must be willing to learn and follow instructions

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic math skills (measuring and fractions helpful)
• Ability to use hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player with positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Work in environments with dust and noise
• Wear appropriate safety equipment including hearing and eye protection
