Responsibilitie
- Prepare and execute a wide range of authentic Indian dishes (North & South Indian).
- Develop menus and recipes aligned with hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Ensure consistent food quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and kitchen sanitation.
- Monitor food cost inventory and waste control effectively.
- Lead guide and train kitchen team members on Indian cuisine techniques.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations for the Indian cuisine section.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines spices and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining quality.
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
