Compensation: $28.92$37.95/hr (DOE)
Shift Differential: $3/hr Evenings; $4.50/hr Weekends

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to support diagnostic imaging operations in a high-volume patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality MRI procedures demonstrate strong clinical judgment ensure safety compliance and provide excellent patient care. This role requires technical proficiency with MRI equipment adherence to workflow standards and the ability to support a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures with accuracy clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of MRI equipment protocols and operational standards.
Adapt imaging techniques for various patient populations including pediatric adult and geriatric patients.
Prepare and position patients according to exam requirements while monitoring patient comfort and safety.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of all imaging studies.
Execute computer PACS and data-management functions per departmental standards.
Follow all safety infection-prevention and universal protocol guidelines.
Collaborate with clinical teams and support staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
Required Qualifications:
Active MRI Technologist registration or ability to obtain registry within six months of hire.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARMRIT.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in an MRI imaging department.
Proficiency with PACS systems imaging software and digital documentation workflows.
Experience supporting diverse patient populations and managing complex clinical scenarios.
