Trinity Health Home Health & Hospice is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Minot and surrounding areas. What Youll Do:
Provide compassionate evidence-based care to patients in their homes and hospice settings.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on disease processes symptom management and treatment goals.
Promote comfort dignity and quality of life for patients facing serious or terminal illness.
Ensure accurate timely documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications:
Current RN license in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure).
