We are hiring a Full-time Healthcare Receptionist for our Raytown MO Facility!
Monday - Friday Schedule
Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction substance abuse eating disorders and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues addictions and mental health concerns.
The Recovery Village Kansas City (KCR) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a holistic treatment approach to addiction and treatment for co-occurring conditions. The Recovery Village Kansas City is a physician-led center and our Recovery Advocates can help you reclaim your life. Our 80-bed treatment center in Kansas City is dedicated to providing all levels of care including medical detox residential treatment and outpatient programs. Our facility is located in tranquil convenient Raytown Missouri and is about 30 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport.

Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the telephone systems retrieving messages from voicemail taking messages for staff and any other task which is assigned
Core Job Duties:
- Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs. Ensures all visitors and given a Visitor badge and ensures visitors return Visitor badge
- Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.
- Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
- Knows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basis.
- Maintains a filing system for various company functions.
- Assists with projects from other departments as necessary.
- Attends staff meetings when necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Higher Education in a business-related field preferred.
- At least one (1) year in a profressional office setting.
