Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU (Night Shift Rotating Weekends)
Location: Hudson FL
Facility: 392-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center offering advanced services in cardiac care stroke oncology orthopedics and neurosurgery.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Full-time Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Salary: $33$46 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Requirements:
Current Florida RN license or active compact RN license with ability to obtain FL RN within 60 days of hire.
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (MICU/SICU/CSU candidates considered).
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS and NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
Strong critical thinking interpersonal communication service excellence and basic PC skills.
Responsibilities:
Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Administer medications per physician orders and monitor patient response.
Maintain review and update patient records including posting test and exam results.
Educate patients and families regarding medications treatments and care plans.
