We are hiring two Senior Product Managers to lead our South America (SAM) clusterone focused on Diabetes and one focused on Obesity.

Your new role

As a Senior Product Manager Diabetes or Senior Product Manager Obesity you will lead the strategy and performance of your therapeutic area across the SAM Cluster (Peru Ecuador Uruguay and Paraguay). You will be responsible for shaping the product plan driving commercial results and ensuring strong execution in each market.

This role requires a deep understanding of the market competitor activities and consumer behaviour to develop tailored strategies and ensure successful product launches and market penetration. Collaboration with various departments such as finance sales and marketing is key to aligning the product strategy across teams and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the brand and product within the SAM Cluster.
  • Analyze the market and design tailored strategies based on local needs.
  • Monitor analyze and evaluate product performance incorporating stakeholder feedback to adapt strategies.
  • Develop tactical plans materials and events that support the product strategy.
  • Assess market trends consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance to track sell-out sell-in and inventory for future product launches.
  • Ensure alignment between the sales force marketing and other departments in executing the product strategy.

The Marketing Department at Novo Nordisk drives patient-centric brand strategies that translate scientific innovation into meaningful healthcare solutions. It develops and executes integrated marketing plans leveraging market insights digital channels and stakeholder engagement to maximize access and adherence. The team works cross-functionally with Medical Affairs Sales Market Access and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant impactful communications that support sustainable growth and improved patient outcomes across diverse markets.

Your skills & qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field is required; a masters degree is preferred.
  • Min 5-7 years experience in product management marketing or related roles within pharma or consumer industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing the full product lifecycle ensuring optimal market performance.
  • Experience with P&L management and market research analysis to predict trends and develop targeted campaigns
  • Strong understanding of consumer trends and promotional material development.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing data ROI and making informed decisions to boost profitability.
  • Fluency in English is required.
