What youll do day to day:

Learn international customer service standards through hands-on experience
What were looking for:

Fluent German (spoken and written)

Good English communication skills

Interest in customer service and problem-solving

First experience in customer support is welcome but not required

Confidence using basic digital tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
