We are seeking a committed and passionate Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in supporting the operation development and high-quality care offered within our clients childrens residential home.
Main Duties
- Support the Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality services for young people.
- Build positive relationships and promote effective partnerships with staff external agencies and families.
- Ensure full compliance with Safeguarding Procedures Health & Safety Regulations and all company policies.
- Provide nurturing leadership that motivates and supports our children.
- Promote effective communication manage childrens development needs and champion Equality & Diversity at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential Childcare (or equivalent.
- Commitment to working towards the Level 5 qualification.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Ability to provide professional references.
