Role Overview

You will provide customer service in Italian via phone email and chat. Your goal is to ensure fast friendly and effective support for users while representing a high-quality international company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in Italian through phone email and live chat
Resolve inquiries regarding products services or technical issues
Maintain a professional tone and high customer satisfaction
Follow company procedures and service-quality guidelines
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer needs
Document all interactions accurately in the system

Requirements

Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
English level B1 or higher
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts
Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
