Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic customer-oriented Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a fully remote position based in Portugal.

In this role you will support customers with professionalism and empathy handle inquiries via phone/email and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. Youll be part of a multicultural environment with strong onboarding and continuous support.

What we offer:

Fully remote role within Portugal
Monday-Friday schedule (08:00-17:00)
Permanent contract
1500 Euro gross salary/month (paid over 14 months)
Meal allowance transport allowance
Health insurance from day 1
Weekends off

Requirements:

Danish English proficiency
EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit
Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
