Job Summary

The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) delivers high-quality client-centered support services to individuals and families with a focus on advocacy ethical practice and culturally responsive care. This role is integral in assessing client needs developing individualized care plans and connecting clients to critical community resources. The LMSW provides direct clinical services including psychosocial assessments individual and group counseling family therapy and educational interventions.

In addition to offering therapeutic care the LMSW is responsible for treatment planning case management discharge planning and thorough medical record documentation. The ideal candidate is skilled in crisis intervention and problem-solving and demonstrates a strong understanding of developmental and life stage issues across diverse populations. The LMSW collaborates as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality acute mental health services.

Licenses and Certifications Required
  • Must be currently licensed by ND Board of Social Work Examiners.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters in social work from an accredited university as evidenced by degree/transcripts.

Experience Requirements
  • One to two years in experience preferred but not required.
