About the Role
JoinEmplify Health by Gundersenas aRNClinical Managerand lead our24-bed Neuroscience Unit an intermediate care unit caring for patients with complex neurological needs. This is a unique opportunity todrive change foster team engagement and elevate patient carein aJoint Commission Stroke Certified Center.

What Youll Do

Providestrategic and operational leadershipfor a high-acuity medical/surgical unit.

Lead and support a team of80 RNs and CNAs(transitioning to a supervisor model in 2026).

Collaborate with theClinical Operations Director Medical Director andMed/Surg manager teamto align goals and implement best practices.
Partner withunit-based leaders(Clinical Nurse Leader Professional Development Nurse Stroke Coordinators) to ensure excellence in care delivery.
Championchange management initiativesto strengthen culture and improve workflows.

What Youll Need

BSN required; Masters preferred.
3 years of clinical RN experience; leadership experience strongly preferred.
Current RN licensein Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
BLS certification(InfantAdult) for Healthcare Providers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Skilled atbuilding relationshipsand fostering accountability with empathy.
Experienced inleading through changeand driving team engagement.
Prior leadership exposure (Charge Nurse committee/council work).
