A Dow possui uma oportunidade para Operador(a) Junior para a planta de Santos Dumont - MG (BRA). Essa posição prestará suporte para as atividades na área da britagem e produto acabado do silício metálico.

A área da britagem é responsável pelo recebimento de lingotes de silício metálico armazenamento em baias britagem nos sistemas primário e secundário empacotamento e estocagem.

Responsabilidades:

• Inspeção em big bags retornados do processo de exportação separando aqueles em bom estado para reutilização e descartando aqueles que estiverem danificados;
• Extrair silício metálico dos silos com o auxílio de empilhadeira;
• Retirar amostras do silício britado no ato do empacotamento;
• Fechar identificar e lacrar os bags cheios;
• Estocar os big bags cheios nos galpões com auxílio de empilhadeira;
• Quartear a amostra de silício para envio ao laboratório para análises;
• Retirar pesar e identificar os finos gerados na britagem com auxílio de empilhadeira.
• Transportar big bags para os fornos com auxílio de empilhadeira (Finos e refusão);
• Alimentar o sistema de britagem secundária cuidando para não sobrecarregar o sistema;
• Operar ponte rolante para posicionar e bascular caçambas no sistema de britagem secundária fazendo as devidas anotações nos controles existentes;
• Realizar a britagem no sistema primário garantindo que o material britado foi retirado da baia correta e na sua integridade; garantir que cada baia será processada de forma individual não havendo mistura de materiais;
• Operar ponte rolante para receber os lingotes nas baias corretas fazendo a segregação devida do material;
• Fazer inspeções nos materiais recebidos visando observar a presença de algum contaminante;
• Realizar todo o controle de inventário de campo com as devidas anotações em formulários específicos;
• Fazer check-lists dos equipamentos (Sistema de britagem empilhadeira etc);
• Realizar limpezas nos sistemas de britagem e organização nos finais dos turnos e nos dias de manutenção.

Qualificações:

• Habilitação (carteira de motorista) mínimo B
• Formação Segundo Grau Completo

Desejável:

• Formação técnica completa na área industrial
• Habilitação para operação em empilhadeiras
• Experiência prévia atuando na indústria
• Experiência em controle de inventário

Habilidades e Competências:

• Trabalho em equipe
• Iniciativa
• Capacidade de seguir normas e procedimentos principalmente relacionados à segurança.
• Boa comunicação
