This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego CA.

Job Description and Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer. Analyze and coordinate the schedule timeline procurement staffing and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements status budget and schedules. Perform management technical or business case analyses. Collect complete organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation change control management and data management

- Manage schedules budgets and project deliverables.
- Lead project teams in developing plans risk assessments and performance metrics.
- Analyze project data to identify variances and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare high-level briefings reports and documentation.
- Apply government-instituted project control and documentation processes.

Basic Requirements:A Junior has 3 years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience. A Senior has 10 years of experience supporting DoD or NAVAIR project management

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with Microsoft Project Excel and Power BI.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
PMP or DAWIA certification preferred.

Education Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.

Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel:On-Site. <5% Travel
