What You Will Be Doing

• Process all telephone enquiries for Reservations in an efficient courteous and professional manner
• Assign incoming correspondences emails and reservation messages in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide a warm and professional response to all guests and visitors to the hotel delivering excellent customer service and providing all the relevant information they need for their stay
• Ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed accurately in accordance with hotels standard
  
• Update availability on the hotels global distribution (GDS) when required

What Were Looking For

• Previous night experience is essential previous reservation experience is preferable.
• A person who naturally goes above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Passion to deliver excellent service
• Confidence in talking to guests in a professional manner
