Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a full-time day-shift role with no weekend requirements. This position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care while supporting patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans focused on functional improvement and recovery.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises assistive devices and appropriate home programs.
Prioritize and manage daily caseload; assess staffing needs and ensure coordinated patient handoffs.
Requirements
Active Florida Physical Therapist License REQUIRED (new graduates welcome if licensed).
Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
