Job Summary:
Execute implementation of marketing plans develop annual budgets evaluate market trends manage product communication/promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectives.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare brand strategy business proposals promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets to achieve marketing/sales goals.
- Execute and operate promotion plans within the planned scope.
- Monitor and control brand budgets forecasts and expenses to ensure efficient resource usage.
- Analyze market trend data of tactical plans to ensure brand growth.
- Identify market insights and opportunities via customer interactions and adjust marketing activities accordingly.
- Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and take corrective action if required.
- Coordinate and communicate between all departments (logistics/regulatory/medical) to ensure brand success.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Drive self-learning and improvement in Product Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning.
Job Requirements Functional Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of clients industry/business/products.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Strong in data analysis and planning.
Education:
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing Economics Business Pharmacy Science or related discipline.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the diabetes therapeutic area preferred.
