Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for a government project in Saudi Arabia. The consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Self-Service HR Performance Management) bridging functional and technical requirements to deliver optimal HR solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
4 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
Proven experience in at least one full-cycle HCM implementation for a government entity or support for a government client.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll.
Technical proficiency in PL/SQL SQL and BI Publisher.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Saudi nationals preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in full-cycle implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules.
Gather business requirements perform gap analysis and design functional solutions.
Configure HCM modules and perform technical tasks such as PL/SQL scripting reports and customizations.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
Conduct UAT provide training and support end-users.
Troubleshoot issues and deliver functional and technical support.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
