We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Groups to lead our group sales efforts. The successful candidate will focus on attracting and managing group business including corporate social and event groups to maximize revenue and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure group bookings and meet revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new group business opportunities in corporate social and event segments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with group clients including event planners corporate clients and associations.
Conduct sales presentations site inspections and client meetings to promote the propertys group facilities and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with group clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of group events and services.
Analyze group sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and brand standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field.
3-5 years of experience in group sales preferably in the hotel or event management industry.
Proven success in achieving group sales targets.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong presentation and client management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market dynamics.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
