We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager (Leisure) to lead our leisure sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new leisure clients while nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on leisure market segments to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify pursue and convert new leisure business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing leisure clients including tour operators travel agencies and wholesale partners.
Conduct sales calls presentations and site visits to promote the hotels facilities and services.
Negotiate and close sales contracts effectively.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust and refine sales strategies.
Prepare and manage sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and brand standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in leisure sales preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of clients and partners.
Excellent presentation and sales pitching skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Self-motivated proactive and results-driven mindset.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
