Job Summary
Stilino specializes in the renovation and redevelopment of public-use buildings across Silesia. With a growing portfolio of construction projects and a clear long-term vision the company is strengthening its team with professionals ready to take ownership and grow with the business.
About the Role
Stilino is looking for a Cost Estimator to join their team in Katowice and support the preparation of project budgets cost calculations and bid proposals. This is a strategic role with room to grow the company is planning to create a dedicated Estimating & Tendering Department and this hire could be the starting point.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze projects and technical documentation
Prepare cost estimates budget calculations and investment financials
Calculate quantities and project values
Create both tender and post-completion cost estimates
Verify the completeness of documentation specifications and drawings
Actively search for public and private tenders
Participate in bid processes and liaise with investors
What Were Looking For
Technical degree engineering background preferred
Proven experience as a cost estimator in construction
Strong command of Norma Pro / Norma Expert (must-have)
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have
Experience with tenders and bid submissions
Willingness to grow and pursue technical certifications
