Own a defined book of high-value players with clear targets for revenue retention and LTV expansion.
Operate as a commercial owner every interaction has intention and impact.
Build genuine relationships paired with disciplined outreach rhythms.
Identify opportunities early: upsell cross-sell reactivation churn rescue.
Deliver tailored bonuses promos and bespoke experiences backed by ROI.
Monitor daily player health: activity shifts deposit behavior risk signals win/loss swings.
Intervene at decisive moments: activation cold streaks hot streaks dormancy near-churn.
Maintain clean precise documentation of every interaction and decision.
