Senior Procurement Specialis

Location: Uxbridge London Fully-Office Based Role

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Key responsibilities:

1. Tendering & Strategic Sourcing

-Lead the full tender process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) including requirements alignment documentation preparation supplier evaluation negotiation and final award.

-Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to enhance cost competitiveness reduce risk and improve supplier performance.

-Lead commercial contract negotiations collaborate with Legal on contract review and ensure timely contract execution.

2. Supplier Management

-Maintain and update the supplier database and support the development of a preferred/strategic supplier framework.

-Build and manage supplier relationships monitor performance conduct regular business reviews and resolve operational or commercial issues.

3. Procurement Operations

-Accurately manage PR PO contract and goods acceptance processes in internal procurement systems ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

-Support budgeting cost analysis supplier reporting and preparation of management reports.

Requirements

1 Education & Experience

-Bachelors degree or above in Procurement Supply Chain Business Administration or related fields.

-Minimum 5 years procurement or sourcing experience; experience in automotive marketing/events or management consulting is an advantage.

-Strong understanding of tendering processes contract terms and supplier management methodologies.

-Experience working in UK organisations or multinational companies is preferred.

-Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
