Job Description
A welcoming school in Ealing is recruiting an EYFS SEN TA to provide 1:1 support to a Reception pupil with global developmental delay. The role includes implementing personalised learning plans speech and language activities and positive behaviour routines.
Key Skills
Understanding of GDD and developmental milestones
Ability to create simple structured activities
Patience and consistency
Strong collaboration with therapists
Requirements
Experience in SEN (ideally EYFS)
Familiarity with EHCP processes
DBS required
