Requirements
QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
A caring patient approach to behaviour and learning
Experience supporting children with a range of abilities
Strong assessment and planning skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families

What the Job Entails
Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons
Supporting pupils with additional needs including SEN and EAL
Using formative assessment to tailor teaching
Promoting emotional well-being and resilience in pupils
Working closely with TAs and the pastoral team
Creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
Supporting whole-school activities assemblies and trips
