Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team on a 1-year consulting assignment based in Sweden. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong Python skills deep experience in the Azure ecosystem and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal onboarding.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Develop maintain and optimize data pipelines integrations and APIs.
Work within the Azure cloud environment leveraging services such as Azure Data Factory Databricks Functions Storage and related tools.
Implement and support ETL/ELT workflows data lake architectures and real-time or near real-time data processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver pragmatic scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience working in Azure.
Solid understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT orchestration data lakes and streaming/real-time processing.
Experience with APIs integration patterns and cloud-native data services.
Background working with large-scale enterprise or industrial environments is a plus.
Ability to work independently take ownership and deliver results under tight timelines.
